  Don't stay here. No pool bar. Pool is small. Apartments not cleaned regularly or sheets and towels changed. Cockroaches on the streets and staff with poor English who are not very friendly or helpfull. Balcony not private as advertised. No pub, pool bar or restaurant as advertised, well there is but not open. Shower head won't stay up and no freezer box or micro wave. Beds not comfy. Bad smell as you walk up to reception. If you want to party not the place to be.

  I stayed here for 4 weeks in May 2017, it was advertised as a self catering apartment. Overall I liked the apartment, the size was adequate and could sleep 3. The bedroom is separate from the main living room and catering facility. There were plenty of plates cutlery, pots and frying pans but crucially for me and i dare say for others there was no electric kettle or toaster, there was a aluminium kettle that you had to use to boil water but the hot plates took an age to boil the water. Another minus was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, sadly only available in the reception area. the staff were courteous but lacked any conviction in helping unless of course you had spent more money on extras. The location was perfect with less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and the same from the center of Puerto De La Cruz. I would stay here again but will need to buy a cheap electric kettle and toaster. The cleaning was adequate and regular, but off on Wednesdays, good supply of towels, and a decent swimming pool and sun terrace, didn't use the fitness center, your spoil t for choice when going out for a meal or a drink.

  Very cheap, simple. No luxury (you get what you pay for). But has all the necesities. Free wifi only in the lobby.

  Nice and quiet, 24 hour reception who we found very helpful. Abundance of sockets for plugs all over apartment. No air conditioning which means it's a bit stuffy at night. There are lots of windows which helps though. Cleaning at least every other day - mostly daily! Puerto de la Cruz is a nice place but it was cloudy every single day we were there. Short walk to the beach and about 10 minute walk to more shops/ restaurants. Decor dated but it was clean. It wasn't expensive so was just how we imagined it would be. One downside is that water in shower sometimes goes extremely cold.

  Very basic rooms not like advertised on travel agents/hotel site. No restaurant or bar in hotel basic pool. Weather is very overcast haven't seen sun in the three days we're here and it's July. Not a tourist destination very sleepy few restaurants near by very difficult to find bars and there is no nightlife
