  Absolutely AMAZING hotel. Food was amazing staff are friendly super clean with a beautiful pool.

  The building is a bit older so it looks a bit used, but it's still very clean and comfortable. The food (breakfast and dinner) is very good, big variety. The staff is really kind although we had quite the misunderstanding when we checked in (wrong room and only breakfast instead of half board), but were able to set things right without a problem.

  I would recommend this hotel to others as it has a nice view of the sea and a pleasant place to rest especially if you are planning to spend the rest of your time sight-seeing outside.

  I would like to give a special shout-out to Carmen and Ismaeel who were extremely friendly and polite also there was another gentleman who served in the evenings who helped me carry my plates but I did not get his name.

  The overall experience was good. Food was just okay as there was not an Halal option and vegetarian food was limited. The rooms were specious however there were ants in the bath which later entered the room and got into the biscuits sadly.

  Having read some of the previous reviews, we were rather sceptical about the week were about to spend in this hotel. First and foremost of you are looking for a sunny holiday this is not the place to go as there is often a thick level of cloud and short sunny bursts. Secondly, we were shocked and appalled at how the staff in the bar don't serve all inclusive guests and this is something the hotel should definitely reconsider. The food is average but even the fussiest eater should be able to find something they would like. The pool is nice, however there are a number of missing tiles and is therefore quite sharp on the feet. The staff at reception were by and large very helpful (especially Juan). Finally the rooms are clean and comfortable and can't complain about them - overall this hotel cannot be considered as a 4 star hotel - but it is a cheap destination and the price clearly reflects this.

  Hotel is a little bit old furnished but has a great price and everything you need for a good accomodation. It's not luxury but is nice. Rooms are really big with lot of space, bathroom is big and nice, room service is good, food is also really good! We booked with half board, buffet breakfast is really rich and also buffet dinner with varied food each day (mexican, oriental, italian...). Food is always warm and stuff is allways here to bring more if something is missing. From soups, starters, salads, side dishes, to lot of different desserts (few different cakes and ice creams, fresh fruit...). Hotel hasn't own spa but you can use it in other hotel for free, just need to cross the road. There's turkish and finnish sauna, and jacuzzi. You need to pay Wi-fi and it's very slow and limited to one device and one person. I would give a 5 stars here but it's 4 because of that wi-fi
