  Absolutely nothing good to say about this hotel,the new room we were given was next to the lift operating shaft so was constantly noisy,the windows rattled throughout the night,the fridge door lock was broken so we had to use a small table to wedge it shut,the only reason it isscored by me as one star is because you are unable to review this rating site with no stars which without any hesitation I would give it.

  Water pressure in the shower is very weak and the temperature is either hot or cold.

  The room was filthy,small and poorly furnished,it had no electric either,I complained and was lied to by the very unhelpful receptionist who told me that this was the only room available but did get someone to switch on the electricity supply.I booked this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary thinking we would get the room we had booked,my wife was so upset she asked to get the next flight back,so I then complained again and told a different receptionist that I was refusing to stay in the room,I asked for the manager but was told he was not available ! But if I stay in the room for one night 'they will see what they can do in the morning' well there was no way I was staying in what I can only describe as a dump of a room,so I persisted and eventually they called the manager who 'upgraded' us to room 101,Upgraded I laughed this is what we booked ! Bearing in mind only an hour before I was told they had no other rooms.

  In Tenerife, you can have a lots fun in Acquario. It's a nice place to be.

  Dear future guests of that hotel, if you have booked an exterior room ear plugs should be an essential element of your holiday packing list. Me and my partner decided to pay more in order to get a balcony, but it soon turned out to be a mistake. We were given a ground floor room close to the reception. Every night we struggled to fall asleep because of a loud aquarium filter in the reception combined with noisy neighbours who had a habit of partying on their balcony until 4am. I give them two starts because of decent breakfasts and cleaning services.

  It includes 30 minutes free WiFi, but the speed is beneath contempt. I measured several times and never got over 0,03Mbit downstream. Do not use the payment option that works just as bad.

  All in all its not a good hotel,it needs complete refurbishment and falsely advertises its facility's.

  The worst hotel I have ever stayed in,well I think the pictures speak for themselves,we were allocated room 608 and I quote 'standard double bedroom with shower,toilet,balcony and terrace'

  Do yourself a favour and book a nice hotel as this one is rubbish by anyone's standards.

  Good and fresh food /breakfast 7.30 and lunch/diner 19-21.30/, different meat or fish every day. Quite far from the beach /26 mins walk back - it's on the hill/. Roomes cleaned every day. Very nice staff.
