  Quite nice place close to the black sand beach with ocean waves and Loro park. There are big parking place next to hotel, so you will not have difficulties with car. Building is old and reconstruction is needed, rooms small and with old style simple furniture, so recommendation to choose this hotel if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel. There are part of rooms with balconies and view to the beach, it would make your staying nicer.

  Definitely a decent hotel and apartments with all amenities.A bit old fashioned interiors, but great staff and customer service compensate for it. Only reasons not to give 5 stars would be hard beds and no air-con in the apartment. Pools were good, food everyday was different and tasted great, kids programme was great and our daughter was waiting for the mini-disco and face painting everyday.

  Really poor food and nasty drinks. Grumpy power trip racist pool lifeguard. Apartments are dire. Falling apart. Ant infested. Some of the rooms and suites in the main building are ok..but just ok. Do not bother with all inclusive. No point. Lots of restaurants out there need the business with good edible food and prices.. You won't want to eat or drink in the hotel after 3 meals..

  the food is ok, but desert is almost the same every day, you must pay for almost everything even is all inclussive... wather, soda, pool entry,wifi, entertainment games.

  A good standard of comfort and service generally. Food selection very good. The indoor pool costs extra but the outdoor one was fine for us in late October. A very good holiday base and the local area of Puerto de la Cruz is very attractive. There is a good local bus service including to Mt. Teide.
