  Literally the worst hotel you'll ever stay at in your life, the staff are incredibly rude even shouting at my disabled mother to go away when she asked tfor directions. Every night we heard other guests complaining and this just seemed to make the staff care less. Karaoke till 3 in the morning which you can hear all the way up to the second floor bedrooms. No one uees the pool because it's freezing, even in really hot weather the pool is positioned in a way that it remains ice cold.The beds are like military mats with pillows like sacks stuffed with hay. The beauticians in the sauna used Moldy old tools that look like they haven't been replaced in years, the food was the only redeeming feature but it's actually cheaper and better quality food to eat at the surrounding restaurants.

  2. Pool area is excellent, but note don't dare leave a towel to reserve a sunbed or it will be removed by staff. ( I think it's a great idea)

  Just got back on last sunday 28th of January definitely not the best place ive stayed not got a clue how its 4 star* food was ok not great. All inclusive i felt 2nd class rooms are clean but very old fashion easily not been done up for 20 years. Carpets are fraid on hallway/stairs (trip hazards) internet is perfetic its free at reception but you might aswel go to a bar and get it but that means having to pay for a beer. €6 euro a day in hotel room it constantly goes off and constantly having to sign in again entertainment is good for kids to be honest but that dosent start while 8:30 to 9:00 one place around the pool to get drinks snacks but have to walk backwards and forwards because its that far. Inside bar isnt open during the day which is rubbish because the pool is right there next to it. There is a bar right next to the main pool but thats not all inclusive and there advertising saleros twister ice creams not free at all. My daughter didnt want little tubs of ice cream and have to walk 3minutes to get one we complained about the first room we got in it looked like a cat had been doing nothing but plucking the carpets it was awful its a real shame its a nice place it just needs someone with comen sense to just turn it around you make your own mind up end of the day like i did i read the reviews a week before going and i thought some people are a bit picky im not that botherd but when i experienced it believe me i ate my words. Met a few couples who was on the same resort and not happy at all room service is great cant fault them really good everday fresh towels fresh bedding bathroom is good to be honest most modern thing in the room is 37inch plasma tv whats got 2 english channels 3 if your lucky. I dont like bad mouthing things i should be greatful to be there on holiday all inclusive but if your paying nearly 2,000 with flights and stuff for 2week all inclusive its alot of money i could of gone to a 3 star* and got miles better service and hotel dont make the same mastake me and my wife made dont go all inclusive just go half board or just dont go to that hotel infact dont go north Tenerife unless you like wild sea an clouds with rain go south lol.

  Nice hotel, reception is only in one building, so expect some logistics. 15minutes walk to city center. Nice neighborhood.

  5. If you need anything done extra pillows etc u need to ask in another hotel reception area (a bit frustrating when the door key doesn't work a few times during the week).
