  It was a quiet time of year when I visited so the hotel wasn't busy however more guests arrived nearer the end of our stay as the season got into swing. The staff were friendly and helped with anything you needed. The best part about the hotel was definitely Mano the barman. He gave lots of advice on attractions and good places to go at night. He spoke English very well which was great as my wife and I enjoyed his company as the bar as there were not many guests at that time. I would likely visit again.

  We loved staying here. it is in a great location with no major hills to the beach and shopping area, breakfast was continental ok but not very consistent. Coffee and bread are great though. Pool area was lovely and the rooms were sufficient and cleaned daily. The facade could really do with a lick of paint. But you get what you pay for, all in all a lovely experience and I'm sad to be leaving.

  Stayed here for a week in Jan 2018 and my wife and I enjoyed our stay.rooms were always clean even though they looked a little tired.staff were great and met all our needs.as for Puerto de la Cruz,lovely place even though the weather was only around 19/20 C every day.we will be back as there is so much to see and do but couldn't manage it in a week.

  Great hotel, has everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are spotless and cleaned every day with clean towels daily. the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Ideal location it is quiet while also being close to everything . This is a family friendly hotel and I would go back in a heart beat. We all loved it

  We are here right now. Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, fabulous shower and the restaurant is really good. Better than many a five star we have been to. Staff can't do enough to be helpful.
