  Staff are helpful. There is a shuttle to the main tourist area. This is the cloudy side of the Island. Good selection of breakfast foods.

  Location is great, but rooms are a little bit to old, Like from 90's... Service is very good, in the reception everyone is speaking 4-5 languaguages.

  OK. Classy 4 star but a bit tired and in need of refurbishment. This hotel is very clean, beds and towels changed daily, rooms have fridge, hair dryer and toiletries. The pool is small and 800 steps from our room. The pool was not crowded and sunbeds were available. Pool towels were available at no extra cost

  Lovely holiday at this hotel. Very clean, excellent food for an inclusive. In two weeks we ate out twice just because the food in the hotel was so varied and well presented. Service from the majority of staff was great. Walking distance to Loro Parque. In a nice quiet area of Tenerife. I would recommend this hotel for a family holiday. The three of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay here
