  The hotel was so far from the town it took a good half an hour for us with young children to get down the 400 steps - even longer to get back!!

  The hotel is very nice but sadly in need of some money being spent on it to make it better. It looks and feels sad.

  Where to start.... No WiFi in rooms not a terrible thing but when advertised as free WiFi you only get in certain areas of hotel if you want to have anything like a jacuzzi or steam room even a fridge in your room you are charged extra for everything even tho not much in the grand scale of things it all adds up. Breakfast consists of chicken nuggets and eggs. The coffee machines give you wrong stuff for example push cappuccino you get hot chocolate when we questioned person at desk they got very annoyed and kinda aggressive. The cleaners don't really clean the rooms very well even tho you put the sign to say clean they maybe change the towels every 2 days also this hotel is not for young people/couples most of the residents are 60 plus so if you are your do not go to this hotel

  We were a family of 5 and were placed 2 floors apart even though we made a request to be near each other and asked to be moved. The bar was only open until 10pm but the evening entertainment only started at 9pm(the same DJ 5 of the 6 nights) Food was salad and meat dishes but not always suitable for young children. Extremely limited for all inclusive.

  Extremely disappointed with our experience. Smelt like an old people home. Facilities were poor. The childrens playground, tennis court and badminton court couldn't be used because they painted it - in the last week of July, really?? The swimming pool was only open from 9 til 6 because that's when the life guard was available. The daily activities put on were run by one young girl.

  The staff are excellent and very helpful and friendly. The food during our stay as been very very good. Buffet style meals but plenty of choose at all meals. We were half board but paid 10€ each extra on the days we stayed around the hotel. This gave us lunch and all our drinks (local equivalent) from 10am until 10pm. Well worth it as 2 drinks at night were 11€ for a g&t. Over all a great stay but if elegance spent some money on updating the hotel it would have definitely been 5☆

  Staff are not helpful. Rooms are nice but be prepared to walk up and down a hill very steep to get into centre. Nothing to do on those wet days wouldn't come again

  Old peoples hotel!breakfast was bad,coffee only from machines,free wifi only in the lobby,one lift for 2 people for half of the hotel,cleaning not good,ripped towels,staff member named Antonio was very rude and replied to me in Spanish although he was a receptionist,the rooms dont even have fridge,hairdryer or ac and they actually charge you to use them.the jacuzzi seemed to be in a closed space but both time receptionist told me not to go cause its cold.vending machines selling 1.50 the water and 1.50 the rest of the drinks!In the pool bar the coffee is again from a coffee machine and the breakfast is served sooo early 7.30-9.30.

  The hotel has reading room pool table and bar and a big reception area. It has an outside swimming pool with loungers and toilets with showers and a changing room they also have a pool bar that is open all day long .
