  Definitely not a palace and you’ll be treated much less gracefully than royalty. Asked to change rooms due to horrendous mildew smell and you’ll be paying for the switch. Dislike the bait and switch and do not recommend. Very poor customer service and terrible first impression.

  The location is fine and the view is nice if you have a balcony facing the ocean. Otherwise, my room was full of ants and I had no constant WiFi in the room. Instead of helping me with the WiFi, the staff denied there was any problem...

  Big bar with different shows every evening. The restaurant is ok but not the best in town. Again next time! Thank you very much!

  There is a large choice of food at the buffet but a lot of it is not really self made. Still, you’ll always find something to eat.

  The manager was disinterested and slightly rude and our room was covered in mildew. The manger charged us a fee to move us to a less awful room. The whole place feels dated and worn.
