  PS. Check exactly what you buy at the shop, they sold me a three year old helmet (conservative shelf-life of a helmet is three years) and were not accommodating later in regards of a compensation whatsoever.

  Great guides (personality wise) and bikes, but very chaotic organization. Promised us a trail tour if we book with them. In the end we ended up going down only on forest and paved roads. Which was also under big time pressure and due to some time loss because of a break down of one of the bikes we were hurried down to the valley and thru Puerto de la Cruz in a reckless pace as our guide was required to be at the shop at 4pm (I guess to open the shop?!).
